1. Promoter

The promoter is FDYS Media Pty Ltd (ABN 46 691 144 644) of [insert Promoter address].

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of Australia and internationally who have purchased a Noodle Rod or Savage Elements Fishing Jersey from fielddaysshop.com. Entrants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to enter.

3. Promotional period

The promotion commences on [insert start date] and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 13 September 2026.

4. How to enter

To enter, participants must create a video featuring a Noodle Rod or Savage Elements Fishing Jersey, post the video to Instagram Reels or TikTok, tag @field__days, use the hashtag #DawgieChallenge, and submit the post link and original file through the official entry form.

Entrants receive one bonus entry for posting the same qualifying video to both Instagram and TikTok, and one bonus entry for submitting a written review on fielddaysshop.com. Entrants may submit multiple unique videos for multiple entries.

6. Finalist selection and draw

Three finalists will be selected: the entrant whose video achieves the highest total views across platforms; the entrant who submits the highest volume of unique qualifying videos; and the Promoter's wildcard choice, based on creativity, entertainment value and brand alignment. The final winner will be drawn randomly from the three finalists by Field Days via live video call.

7. Content rights

By submitting an entry, the entrant grants FDYS Media Pty Ltd a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify and publish the submitted video content, including both the posted version and original file, for commercial purposes. This includes paid advertising, organic social media and email marketing.

8. General

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or TikTok.
